I believe that you are the expert in your own life, my role is to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

Using a person-centred approach, I focus on empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard — giving you the support and acceptance you need to better understand yourself and make the changes you want.

Experience

  • 5 years of studying in counselling and psychotherapy

  • Currently employed as a therapist for the NHS

  • Experience of working with males in the criminal justice system

  • Working with female survivors of childhood sexual abuse

  • Working for mental health charity “Mind” as a Mental Health Support Worker

  • ICO Registered & DBS Checked

Qualifications

I am fully qualified with 5 years of study in counselling

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in therapeutic counselling

  • Bsc (Hons) psychology with counselling
