Using a person-centred approach, I focus on empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard — giving you the support and acceptance you need to better understand yourself and make the changes you want.

5 years of studying in counselling and psychotherapy

I am fully qualified with 5 years of study in counselling
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in therapeutic counselling
Bsc (Hons) psychology with counselling
